Return & Exchange Policy
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within the period specified in our full policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Log into your Luxe Women Apparel account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to complete the request and generate a pre-paid return label.
- Securely pack your items, attach the label, and ship the package.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow time for the refund to post to your account after processing.
Final Sale Items
All sale items designated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
